Financial Analysis
Central Penn’s Financial Analysis concentration is designed for professionals who wish to advance in their career as a leader in the financial field. The program will expose students to a broad application of financial theory, practice and principles, including organizational financial analysis, capital budgeting, cost of capital and long-term financial structure. This concentration will enhance students’ expertise in advanced budgeting and allocation techniques, investment cash flow design and risk management.
Healthcare Management
Central Penn College’s Healthcare Management concentration is designed for professionals who wish to advance in their career as a leader in the healthcare field. The program will expose students to a broad application of healthcare management theory, practice and principles. This concentration will enhance students’ expertise in healthcare risk management, care delivery and reimbursement, and change leadership in a healthcare setting.
Organizational Development
The Organizational Development concentration prepares professionals to attain advanced leadership positions in their field. This program examines organizations through the lens of both psychological and sociological theory infusing the classroom with a dynamic, hands-on approach to problem solving in today’s business world. This concentration conveys a wide range of concepts, practices and principles regarding organizational systems, performance assessments, structural effectiveness and organizational design. Each course focuses on real-world skills and projects relevant to the students’ professions.
