Teaching Philosophy
My inspiration for teaching is receiving emails from students letting me know they got their dream job or promotion.
I teach because I enjoy helping people succeed, and I want to give back to Central Penn, the educational system that provided me so many fine professionals during my years in business. I feel my real-world experience––more than 30 years as an executive––will benefit students in their professional careers. I also look forward to learning from them and growing daily.
I am committed to assisting students learn in a classroom environment that closely simulates a “real-world” business experience. While succeeding in your professional career, it is my hope that you will look back on our time together and realize the hard work and expectation was valuable in both your knowledge and professionalism.
